Role Overview

As our Preschool English Teacher, you’ll be the friendly face that welcomes children into a joyful world of language learning. Through playful lessons, songs, stories, and interactive activities, you’ll guide our little learners as they discover the beauty of English and the joy of self-expression.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a warm, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to learn.

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate English lessons using storytelling, music, play, and creative activities.

• Foster early literacy skills through phonics, vocabulary building, and conversational English.

• Encourage curiosity, imagination, and confidence in every child’s learning journey.

• Communicate warmly and effectively with parents, keeping them informed and involved in their child’s progress.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, English, or a related field.

• Teaching certification or relevant early years teaching experience preferred.

• Strong command of spoken and written English.

• Creativity, playfulness, and the ability to make learning fun and meaningful.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both children and parents.

Role Overview

As the Vice Principal of BeCurious Preschool, you’ll be the heart of our school’s daily rhythm — supporting both our teachers and students to shine their brightest. Working closely with the Principal, you’ll help guide our educational programs, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and foster a culture of care, creativity, and continuous growth.

You’ll be both a leader and a listener — someone who inspires teachers, supports families, and ensures that every child’s BeCurious experience is filled with joy, learning, and love.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Principal in overseeing the daily operations of the preschool, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.

• Supervise, mentor, and motivate teaching and support staff, fostering collaboration and professional growth.

• Assist in curriculum planning, implementation, and evaluation to maintain high educational standards.

• Build positive, trusting relationships with parents, providing reassurance, empathy, and open communication.

• Oversee classroom management, staff scheduling, and resource organization.

• Lead by example in promoting BeCurious Preschool’s values of kindness, curiosity, creativity, and respect.

• Support and model effective behavior management techniques in alignment with the school’s philosophy.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.

• Organize school events, staff meetings, and parent communication in a warm and professional manner.

• Step in for the Principal when needed, maintaining consistency and positivity across all operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

• Strong understanding of early childhood development and best teaching practices.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• A nurturing, empathetic personality with a positive and encouraging attitude.

• Ability to foster teamwork, trust, and a joyful work environment.

• Passion for creating meaningful learning experiences for young children.
